Shipping policy
Orders are shipped from Haida Gwaii, British Columbia, Canada.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During busy periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Canadian orders ship for a flat rate of $10 CAD.
Each Gwaii Silk scarf is carefully folded, wrapped in tissue, protected in a clear sleeve, and packaged in a rigid mailer to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier.
All Gwaii Silk orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
