Return Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, free of perfume or other odors, and returned in their original packaging and condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Due to differences in monitor and device settings, slight variations in colour may occur between on-screen images and the final printed product. Such variations are considered normal and are not regarded as defects.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days and are shipped from Haida Gwaii, British Columbia, Canada.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and the item so we can assist you promptly.
